Posts Delayed/Update

Well, I have some good news and some bad. We will start with the good which is that I'm posting on my blog right now! The bad news is that there are no pictures. The reason for this is because my computer is being recalcitrant. Particularly my hard drive. I should have it fixed in about a week so I'll have more posts then about my family's visit to Bermuda and some wonderful pictures I got at the beaches!

I just got in from a morning run with the LIT group that goes running at 5:45am every morning so I decided to join them. It was great fun actually although tiring. I'm going to try to keep doing this every morning while here in Bermuda.

LIT stands for Logos Intensive Training. It is a program where about 20 people who appear to have a lot of motivation and have been doing well on the ship are challenged to do a month long program that involves physical exercise, spiritual growth, and the opportunity to establish good habitual activities in their lives. The program starts every day at 5:45 with running and from there they have the entire day planned out for them. No extra time to socialize. This is just another one of the sweet opportunities that a person can take advantage of on the Logos Hope!

This coming Sunday I am also going to be leading a church team here in Bermuda! It's really exciting to be able to do this and at the same time it is going to be challenging. As a project worker I wasn't really expecting to be leading a church team! Pray that God will give me the strength and inspire me to be an encouragement to the fellow believers here in Bermuda.

Again, I'm sorry that I don't have pictures for you but like I said my hard drive is bad. I got most of my pictures saved because I have an external hard drive but it still isn't comforting.

Thanks for your patience with my posting schedule! :P

Oh! I should have checked your blog before I asked you to send pictures! Oh well, no pressure. If it works it works! I love the running thing! Maybe I should join you long distance. It would be good for me!

Sorry to hear about your computer! It's amazing how well they do, really, considering how much we depend on them. It's great to get an update, even without your fabulous pictures to accompany it!

Bravo on the running thing! I'll join you too, Missy, and we could all run at the same time in three different parts of the world! Ha ha! (of course, who am I kidding...I wouldn't last 5 minutes before my lungs would explode probably! I think I'll start my exercising routine with vacuuming cause this house really needs it...)

Looking for your pictures?
